Creating a Statment Go to the Invoicing Screen and click the Aging Reports tab under the Accounting Center area at the bottom. Here you can see all of your clients' aging. Under the Commands column you will see an option to View Statement.Click the View Statement link and you will see a pop-up screen where you can choose the beginning and ending date for the statement. Click the Get Statement button and you will be presented with the option to view the PDF statement or save it on your computer. Emailing a Statment If you want to customize the body of the email, make sure to configure your Statement Email in the Settings -> Outgoing Emails screen. Go to the Invoicing Screen and click the Aging Reports tab under the Accounting Center area at the bottom. Here you can see all of your clients' aging. Under the Commands column you will see an option to Email Statement if the client has a billing email address entered. Click the Email Statement link and you will see a pop-up screen where you can choose the beginning and ending date for the statement. Click View Statment and you will see the Email Preview pop-up with your Statement email already composed based on your Outgoing Email settings. You can manually edit the email or Send it as is. |
