Viewing and Printing Invoices

Invoices can be created for printing in one of two formats. Any administrator can control whether invoices are created in Adobe® PDF or Microsoft Excel™ format in the General Tab of the Settings Screen.

The printable version of the invoice is accessible from the Bill Batches Tab or from the Invoices Tab in the Accounting Center on the Invoicing Screen. Click the View link in the Command column for whichever invoice you would like to view or print.
