Editing & Deleting Your Hours

Table of Contents  > Time & Sales Screen > Time-Based Entries > Editing & Deleting Your Hours

If you are not currently on the Time&Sales Screen, you can access it by clicking the Time&Sales Tab. Under the Hours tab on this screen, you will see all of your hourly entry history. Locate the record you would like to edit. You can use the Filtering/Searching/Sorting Your Hours features to locate it, if you don’t see it near the top of the list.

Once you’ve located the record you wish to edit, click the Pencil Icon . Notice that the details of this record now appear at the top of the screen in the Enter Hours section. Make whatever changes you wish to make to the entry, and click Save Changes.

To delete hours, simply click the trash can icon at the end of any row.

If you do not see the Pencil Icon or trash can icon, that means the item has been assigned either billed or paid status by an administrator and can no longer be deleted or edited.
