Removing a Worker or Client from a Payroll Batch

Table of Contents  > Payroll > Removing a Worker or Client from a Payroll Batch

From the Payroll History section on the Payroll Screen, find the payroll batch record containing the worker or client you would like to remove. In the worker’s row, click the Remove from Batch link in the Commands column. You will see the worker’s row remove itself from the PayrollBatch and the numbers for totals for the Payroll Batch will be updated accordingly. Additionally, the items that were associated with the worker will now appear in the Unpaid Items area at the top of the Payroll Screen.

The process is the same with the client, however, the client will only be removed from the particularworker it is underneath.
