The EnterYourHours.com system can be configured in a variety of ways. The Settings Area can be accessed by clicking on the Settings Icon . The Settings Area isdivided in five sections: General, Performance, Invoicing, Customizations, and Outbound Emails. The General Tab includes settings that either affect multiple areas of EnterYourHours.com system, or settings that didn't belong in any of the other categories. The Performance Tab contains settings that determine the amount of history that is shown on various screens. You are also given an option to block the display of data until it's explicitly requested. The Invoicing Tab is where you configure all aspects of your invoices. Customization Tab You can configure your company's welcome message (the message that appears on your homepage after you login). Also, if you have purchased any custom developed components from Enter Your Hours, LLC, the links to access these components will appear in this tab. Outbound Emails There are a variety of functions in the EnterYourHours.com system that allow you to email your clients and workers important documents. On this tab, you can configure how those emails will look. |
